hi,i am MBBS doctor. i am suffering from PCOD since 6 months.though periods are regular but symtoms like lower abdominal pain,leg cramps,mood swings are there which trouble me.what can I do to overcome these?.gynecologist had prescribed hormonal pills but I have also a migraine which is aggravated by these pills. so please provide satisfactory answer
