Suggest Treatment For IBS, Low Blood Pressure And Excessive Weight Gain

I have IBS and low blood pressure which can result in Loe blood pressure seizures. Does this also cause hot flushes as I have these quite regularly. I have tried Endep which is effective however have put on too much weight so now weaning myself off them. What else can help the seizures?
