Suggest Treatment For Crohn S Disease In A Child

my son has chrons disease he was diagnos with this when he was 8 he has been on remicade for the firsr year then had an allegic reactions to it which cause him to have very bad psorisas from the wasit down and on arms so they started humirria which he is currently on now which it worked at first but now there is leakage like a green puss just coming out now his but cheeks are raw so i applied antibiotic ointment and a gauze to catch the leakage but everyone is telling me to take him to the mayo clinic for a second opinion what can i do

Psoriatic lesions can get infected which can lead to accumulation of pus.
I suggest you get pus culture done to know the organism causing infection and thus prescription of appropriate antibiotics.
