Suggest Treatment For Bartholin's Abscess During Pregnancy

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and have a bartholin abscess. I went to emerg last nite and they have me antibiotics and sent me home. I have to take the antibiotics every 6 hrs which i have been doing religiously and i have not noticed any change in the size of the pain level. I have had these about 4 time before. One on the right side that was operated on and never came back and now 3 times on the left side that continues to be a problem. What should i do if the antibiotics don't work? And is there a more permanent solution for this problem like how the first dr fixed the right side.
