Suggest Treatment For ADD In A Child

I am looking for a doctor that will listen to my history with ADD and understand that for years I have been able to managed without meds, however, with all the issues that has recently entered my life this pass year. I have too maintain so much medical stuff and paperwork and appointments , meetings and still have to maintain our lives, household, and manage a ADD 6 yr , and be a wife too. and I just know I need to be put back on 72mg Concerta XL for a while during all of this, however No one wants to take me seriously on my need, and tells me I need anti depressants and I am NOT depressed , however since trying to keep my 9yr Step son in a 24/7 residential treatment center and all the paperwork , meetings and not too mention Insurance, I have to keep my stuff on point and organization is a key, plus manage our lives and when I explain to the doctors they don t seem to care that with all of this stress , I am in utter choas with life to the point that I don t even have sex with my husband anymore because I am so tired and stressed about forgeting something and I can go on and on. plus having 3 of my 4 children who have ADD I decided with our youngest daughter 6, I am not wanting to have her on meds just yet and work on structure anyways can you help?
