Suggest Treatment After Consuming 5 Shots Of Everclear In One Go

Hi my friend just took 5 shots of ever clear and we have him awake and talking now. he is on claravis and i was wondering if we needed to take him in or what. He hasnt been throwing up or anything. He is foaming out of the mouth a little but i know he drools a lot.

Hi,

Ever clear is most potent alcohol available with alcohol content 95%. One shot of ever clear can raise BAC to a level of 0.1- 0.129. On this level of BAC normally judgement and co-ordination start to suffer. Even, legally BAC level of 0.8 or more is taken as a offence if driving under influence of Alcohol in most of the states.

Generally at a BAC level of 0.25, Alcohol poisoning starts. At a level of 0.3-0.4,one may start passing out and may become unconscious. Generally with 5 shots of ever clear, the BAC level may be 0.5 or more, a level which is a dire emergency. Hence, in my opinion, your friend is already in unconscious state and he needs immediate medical care with hospitalization.
