hello...i feel sorry for what has happened to you... whatever u are describing is a part of your grief and bereavement, but when it continues for long and start interfering with your interpersonal, social and occupational functioning then it becomes pathological grief..i think u are suffering form pathological grief disorder because u are very much attached to your baby, and losing a baby within 4 months of its birth is very distressing..this wont resolve on its own..
therefore, i ll suggest u to
consult a psychiatrist and ask for help..there are support groups for grief also as well as u can consult a grief counselor also who can help you in dealing with your emotions...
medications can help..so i am suggesting u few medications:
tab.
sertraline [50 mg] once at night, gradually increase after 15 days to 100 mg and then upto 200 mg depending upon the effect of the drug..
tab.
clonazepam 0.25 mg twice daily if u are feeling very much anxious..
tab.
zolpidem [ambiem 10 mg[ at night, if u have disturbed sleep..
with these medications along with grief
counselling u can overcome all the hurdles and have courage to face the reality..
i hope this advice will be helpful to u.. best luck
