Suggest Therapy For Aggressive Behavior

my child is 06 years old..i seen a change in his behavior after 3 years of age.He start keeping mum most of time and try to snatch anything which he requires rather asking for that. Slapping,Biting & pinching has become his regular habit.
Shown him to a neurologist a month back & he prescribed Attentrol 10 Mg daily in morning but surprisingly my son become more aggressive then doctor inreased the dose by twice daily..then 18 Mg in morning & 10 Mg in night & now 18 Mg twice a day...but no change in behave so far.

I can understand your concerns.
You child may have mild autism along with ADHD or ODD. I would suggest you consult a developmental paediatrician for the proper diagnosis. Behavioural modification therapy along with medications will help him.
