Suggest The Regimen With Librium And Klonopin 1 Mg

Hello, I m having trouble getting advice on how I take certain meds. I was prescribed Librium for acute alcohol withdrawals. I only had 4 and I took the last 10mg one this morning at 8am. I have klonopin 1mg and took a half of that at 3pm today. My question is, are these ok to take within that time distance? And how often can I take the klonopin and is the full 1mg dose or, or should I stick with half? I ve been unable to get an answer my I e been waiting all day for my doctor to respond. Can you help with these questions? - Phil

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It's ok to take the meds at the time you already took. But, I do not recommend to take another dose of the Klonopin until you see your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
