Suggest The Ideal Dosage Of Vyvanse

I take vyvanse 50 mg and I exercise regularly, however I am doing a more intense from of exercise tomorrow, part of a an obstacle course and it will be a team building kind of extreme type of exercise. I am not sure if I should take my regular dose of vyvanse, a smaller dose, perhaps 20 mg or nothing at all? i don t like going off and on the medication, so I prefer to take it, but I want to make sure I am not putting my heart in jeapordy.
