Suggest The Dosage Of Losartan

How much Losartan is too much for a 64 year old white female? Neurologist verbally told me to take 2 doses-1 in the morning and 1 at night, so I used my 90 day supply originally subscribed for once a day. Now pharmacy tells my new dr. that 2 doses of 100 mg. Nosartan is legal. What is your opinion?

Hello,

The maximum daily dose for Losartan in hypertension or diabetic neuropathy is 100 mg once daily. You should not take more than 100 mg once daily.
