Hi , Recurrence of Acne rosacea is very common problem , you can continue with doxycycline for another 6 weeks and apply metronidazole gel on acne twice daily. Certain precautions are very important like avoidance of spicy food , alcohol and sun exposure. Make sure you are using a non comedogenic sunscreen while moving out in sun. Also avoid cosmetics as much as possible.
