Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears that you have either adhesion in the urethra, or a small stone in the urethra, urinary tract infection,or a prostatic swelling due to prostatis. I advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have dilatation of the urethra. you may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms , cifixime, ofloxacin, serratiopeptidase, and diclofenac. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
