I am sufring from piles/fissure from long time ( approx 20 year), two times local doc did surgery (threeds method), now an ayurvedacharya & charsutra speciallist gave three month medicine, still no use. now dr said that we have to go under char sutra operation, some my friend & online doc we have to go for laser operation & some said we have to take hemoyopathy medicine I am totally confused what have to do ? & which one treatment process have to follow? Apart from this continusaly I feel high pain & bleeding during toilests & affter also, I don’t want to go operation process for some month (3), as there is some personal reason , kindly advice me some best medicine which one I have to take to get relife from pain & bleeding while I am not ready for operation, i'm dispointed so kindly advice me some medicine….
