General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello sir,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Healthcare Magic. I went through your query and I understand your concern.

The urinalysis report parameters which may indicate kidney stones are crystals that form from chemicals in urine, casts, which are tube-shaped proteins, and red blood cells, which even though not possible to see macroscopically, may indicate kidney or urinary tract damage due to scratching from the stones.
The first line confirm test for kidney stones is ultrasound, as your physician recommended.

Hope I helped with my answer. For further concerns or follow up questions feel free to write again.

Take Care,
Dr. Ina
