I recently received oral sex from a transgender prostitute, unprotected. Really stupid was at a bachelor party. Now I m extremely worried. I went and had lab test done today, but now realized it was probably too soon since the bachelor party was two days ago.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Unprotected sexual exposure carries risk of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV infection.
Oral sex carries the risk of herpes simplex infection.
There is chance of acquiring HIV infection.
These infections can be acquired if the other partner is infected with HIV or herpes infection.
Thus, a HIV test is advised now, if negative then HIV test can be repeated after 3 months.
Herpes infection can be tested by serological test.
This test turns out to be positive few days after acquiring infection.

Thanks and take care
