Suggest Suitable Medication For Deworming In Children Under 5 Years
Hi, both my 2 yr daughter and my 3 and a half yr son are due for the regular deworming (& Vit. A). i have just procured Albendazole, for them, but have noticed that the enclosed info sheet contains a precaution that the drug has not been studied in children under 6 yrs of age. what should i do? Is there a more suitable drug for their age?

Albendazole can be used freely in any child above the age of 1 year as there are no serious safety issues. Each of your children will need 10 ml once.
