Citralka is sodium acid citrate. It changes the acidity of the urine which can help with the burning feeling. I presume you were not diagnosed with an infection, as Citralka is not an antibiotic. It is used purely for symptom relief. You can tell the pharmacist the generic name is sodium acid citrate. S/he may also be able to recommend other drugs that may give your relief for the burning sensation. Hope this helps.
