Suggest Specialist To Be Consulted For Haemorrhoids

my 16 year old son has been complaining about hemorriods over the last year or so. I took him to the Dr. several months ago and the Dr. did not find anything. He now is complaining that he feels like he smells badly. I have never smelled him smelling badly. could this be a serious problem and what type of Dr. should I know take him to in order to get a more in depth examination?

Hi.Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Haemorrhoids are very common & can cause bleeding in stool. Smelling of stools badly is not a symptom of haemorrhoid. It might be linked to some other infection of intestine i think.
however you can consult a Gastroenterologist for haemorrhoids

Don't worry he would be fine
Hoping your query is solved
