Suggest Soreness In Skin That Stayed For Long On The Rib Cage

Hi I am a 47 year old male who had a nasty fall down the steps and landed flat on my chest. I had sever back pain for about two months, which has pretty much went away, but now my skin at the bottom of my rib cage, and back is very sore like I have sun burn. I feel very good overall but this soreness has lasted over a month, and my doctor does not seem to want to be bothered by my problem. any help would be great. thank you.

Hello there
Yes it is an agonizing wait for an injury about a month old to settle down.. I'm sure you must be carrying on with your day to day activities with aplomb.. perhaps a session at a spa would do you good.. nothing but a relaxing massage would surely energise you melt the soreness away.. other than that there are always the analgesics and heat pads and ice packs to fall back upon..

hope that will help in your problem
