Suggest Safe Protein Medicine For Hair Loss Without Any Side Effect
Hi m 27 years old and facing hair loss problem and I have been suggested to start consuming GRD protien powder from my hair doctor and got good result as well but m gaining weight which I don t want to. Can u pls suggest me should I continue with the same or what should I do to get rich protien for hair without gaining weight.
Protein powder can definitely increase weight. If that is not intended and only hair growth is essential, you need to increase dietary protein. Avoid protein powder or limit the amount consumed in a day to one spoon. Consume protein after calculating the daily protein requirement.
Increase egg, lentils and pulses in your diet. Adequate hydration is also essential. Vitamin supplements rich in biotin and folic acid can also help in hair growth.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
