Hello.
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Ablation is a contraindication but not a limitation in patients with weakness in uterine muscle wall and classic or vertical incision in c- section. It is done only after deciding the best possible approach to patient keeping in mind the patient history. In my opinion, ablation is a safe procedure even in women with multiple c- sections if the uterine muscle wall is strong enough. Otherwise, they are other methods you can consider like taking contraceptive pills, anti-inflammatory tablets, Mirena intra-uterine system and hysterectomy. Discuss with your treating doctor to find the best method for your problem. Good luck. Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
