Suggest Remedy To Wean Off Protonic 40 Mg For Acid Reflux
I have been taking generic protonic 40 mg. 1x day for almost 10 years for severe acid reflux. I want to discontinue this med-- is it available in a lower dose so that I can taper-off. I understand it is very difficult to stop taking proton pump inhibitors without enduring very painful results.

YES it is available is lesser dosage of 20mg tablet. so you can take it. along with this please discuss with your doctor to discontinue it, as long term usage without doctor's suggestion is not advisable.
