Hello!
You need to get all the nutrients as you are bretmstfeeding. So you should better eat a high protein diet. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables as they contain all the vitamins and minerals that your body need, and above all your baby needs. If you can you can exercise at home too. 30-40 minutes a day you can do homework out.
Best regards.
