Suggest Remedy To Prevent Boil Appearing On Labia Before Periods
For the past 6 months or more, I ve noticed that within 2-4 days before getting my period, I develop a boil or skin furnuncle pretty much in the same exact spot on my outer labia every month. I asked my doctor about it when I last went and she simply said it might have something to do with my hormones affecting my immune system, which was what I d guessed myself. But she didn t give me any sort of recommendation on how to treat it. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they know of any way to make the boils stop forming? It s fairly painful and I end up putting a band-aid on it. It eventually drains, but it s very frustrating.
You are right as your doctor, it is something related to your hormonal changes during the periods. All you can do is to apply cortisone cream on it once it appears.
