Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello dear,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query thouroughly. I understand your ptoblem. Your mind is continuously working and you are unable to relax. Thus your sleep is disturbed.

Such kind of thought ruminations might be a part of a depressive or anxiety disorder.

I suggest you to visit a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation. You would require anti-depressant medicines like escitalopram or paroxetine. These drugs will also relieve your anxiety.

Also, i suggest you to take tablet ativan for initial few days.

Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing, yoga and meditation.

Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
