Hello,

Fluid in middle ear may be due to infection or eustachian tube block or allergy. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it tympanogram and get treated accordingly.

Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. ottrivin nasal spray to decrease the congestion. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day.

If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
