Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have breakouts the pimples have left dark spots on face which is mainly because of hyper-pigmentation of skin and excessive exposure to sunlight and hyperactive sebaceous glands which produce excessive sebum. I would suggest you to start with topical application of Saslic DS which is face wash you should use regularly and gel containing clindamycin in the morning and benzoyl peroxide at night time. Apply clindamycin gel at night and kojic acid at day time. Drink plenty of liquids. You should visit dermatologist once and get yourself examined. Drink plenty of water. Use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30.You can go for home remedy as well. Apply mashed potatoes on these pigments. Recent methods are used for scar removal such as Chemical peeling, dermabrasion, Dermaroller.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples and pimple marks on face which is because hormonal change at particular age, clogging of skin pores, stress and dehydration and this condition is recurrent. You should start with use of topical antibacterial clindamycin gel as a spot treatment for acne during day time and at night you may use a topical retinoid like Adapalene gel. Don't pick up acne as it will leave scars on face. I would suggest you to visit dermatologist once to get your skin examined for laser therapy. You can go for dermabrasion, Fractional CO2 Laser, Chemical peeling,Dermabrasion as all these are all recent methods of skin clearing. Laser is very effective and safe way of clearing skin. Take diet rich in multivitamins.
