I can understand your concern.
Let me share an interesting fact. The fat which accumulates in the belly region and upper trunk is the last to appear and ironically enough it goes off also last.
Now , about what to do.
Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals ,
proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
Stick to this routine . Have patience.
