I AM A DIABETIC PERSON AGE 50 HAVING DIABETIC SINCE 1991, MY BLOOD SUGAR IN FASTING IS 215MG AND 256 MG PP MY CREATINE READING IS 1.49 MG , HOMEOGLOBIN IS 9.5 G/DL , I AM TAKING INSULIN 16 UNIT EVERY NIGHT LANTUS SOLOSTAR , ONE TABLET GALVUS MET 50 MG/850 MG, ONE TABLET LIPITOR 20MG, DIOVAN 160 FOR BLOOD PRESSURE ONE TABLET IN NIGHT, I AM TAKING PROGENE TESTOSTERONE SUPPORT TWO TABLET, GNC MEGA MEN 50 PLUS TWO TABLET, NORWEGIAN GOLD SUPER CRITICAL OMEGA ONE TABLET, GNC HEALTHY BLOOD SUGAR FORMULA ONE TABLET. I NEED GUIDANCE TO CONTROL THE CREATINE LEVEL.

consult endocrinologist.
change your life style,diet,weight,exercise.
keep your sugar fasting less than 120 & after food less than 180.
HbA1c less than 7 %.
your doctor would increase the dose of insulin.stop taking unnecessary medicines.
once sugar is controlled ,creatinine would be in controled
take injection erythropiotin for anemia,
find out cause of anemia,check urine for micro albumin,serum protein.
check for thyroid .
keep B P at less than 140/90 by A C E /A R B INHIBITORS.
