Suggest Remedy To Change Way Of Walking

Hello Doctor,I am normal staright male 30 years of age. I am having problem with my walking style it is like catwalk type. I am highly skilled and working in managerial position but my walking style makes me embarrassing most of the time. and it makes me nervous all the time. What I need to get the normal male walking style.

thanks for your query on HCM,
dont be worried..
certain habits of life do remain life long,
not much can be dont to rectify them..
in your case what you can do though is to consciously try to change your walking style..
it will be difficult in the beginning, but later you will get used to it..
do be determined...
dont be embarrassed for it for each one is different and not all can have some skills..
do be positive and bold..
things will definately improve..
wish you good health...practice will make your things perfect...do be happy...

I am so sorry about this difficulty with your walking style. It is more about a habit and you would need to be thought how to walk different from how you are doing it at this time. I will suggest that you walk with a personal trainer or physical therapist to teach you have to consciously walk well.
