My grandson has white bumps (looks like white heads only bigger) under his chin. Someone thinks it might be caused by milk intolerance. He gets bloated and very gassy after drinking milk. He drinks lactose free milk now but still has the white dots. What can it be?

Dry it properly with cloth .

If condition doesn t get well in 24 hours then consult dermatologist for proper examination and rule out skin infection .
