Suggest Remedy For Well Defined Echogenic Lesion In Testes

Hi,,I have got welldefined echogenic lesion in right testis measuring 8*7*5mm..mild thickening of right spermatic cord and right epididymis is mildly enlarged in size..it is been 7 weeks now..high urine frequency for last 5 days..feels numbness in my penis..and mild fever noted

Thanks for your query

Noted your findings of a well defined lump in testis with associated symptoms

I would advise you the foolwing.
Tumor markers for testicular cancer.
Ultrasonography of abdomen also as of the scrotum must have been done already.
If there are plosive reports about infection a long course of an antibiotics and anti-inflammatory will help.

If cancer is thought about then only surgery and further treatment should be done.
