Suggest Remedy For Vomiting After Tetanus Injection

Hi doctor. Good morning. My wife is 5th month pregnant.age33. Yesterday she got Titnus injection. She got 2 vomits. Today in day hours she was having severe headache which is now OK, but now suffering from fever 101° and body ache . please suggest shall I give Paracip 500 MG.

hi,paracip 500 mg is absolutely safe in pregnancy.she can take it twice a day.and she should get investigated with cbc,peripheral smear for malarial parasite and can take tab emset 4 mg if she again has vomiting.take care
