Suggest Remedy For Varicocele

Resp dr ...I m suffering from vericoceal b/l 3rd degrre and I have done verocoselectom last 8_9 months ago at that time my count was 2.5 mil and now it only 5.5 mil sir how could it happen wether I hd done operation ? What to do now m confused, give me humble response im wait

Hi.
Varicocelectomy is the correct surgery done for bilateral grade III varicocele.
Your sperm count has almost doubled means it is working.
The normal count is not achieved because you must have been suffering from Varicocele for a very long time hence the normal capacity of the testes is lost or reduced.
Consult your Urologist to get additional medicines for varicocele and for production of the sperms, which may work.
Secondly get fresh ultrasonography and color doppler to see if you need revision surgery.
