Suggest Remedy For Urine Leakage Problem

Hi doctor, I m 26 yrs old and I have urine leakage problem since 7 yrs. I had an accident and got minor injury at the back of my head after this accident I think I am having this problem. When I sleep,I sleep on one side a few drops of urine fell out and same when I sleep on the other side. It happens when I have just finished urinating and came to sleep at night. Sometimes I fell I need to go once more to the bathroom just in a period of an hour. 3 to 8 drops of urine leaks when I sneeze or when my legs are close to each other or my hydrosils r pressed between the feet , it usually happens when I m on bed. I had consulted a neurologist but it's not working as perfect as it should.Can you help Can you hel

There are 2 prime concerns for this issue as - neuropathy - issues related to urethra, internal sphincter, or bladder.

I would recommend to consult in follow-up with all reports of tests done till date, so that better management guidelines can be figured out for the same.
