General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

If we take for granted that urinary tract stones are causing all of these symptoms, I suggest Tylenol and Omnic tablets for a few days. However, chest pain is suggestive of cardiac disease and should mandate a physical examination by a trained physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen,
General Surgeon
