Suggest Remedy For Tiredness And Brittle Hair While Taking Levothyroxine

I had a multi nodular goiter thyroid removed in march of this year. My doctor only does TSH levels not T3 or T4. The results this month were 1.840 which they said was in the normal range. My hair is still breaking off like crazy and I bruise easily and stay tired. I ve been taking B12 shots for energy. The entire top of my hair is 3 inch sprigs where my hair has broken off, I m afraid to even brush it because I ve lost half my hair. I m on Levothyroxine 100mcg. Can the medication be the cause of the hair breakage still? It is listed as a side effect. Should my T3 and T4 levels be tested also? Should my TSH levels be higher? Is there anything I can do,I m desperate!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such hair condition may not be due to the thyroid disease, or hormone changes it may be due to age and gender which is not given here, without this information nothing can be said anything in specific, no need to go for test if the medicines are doing well, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
