Suggest Remedy For Tinnitus While Treating Stapedectomy

I have had stapedectomies in both my ears, and those surgeries occurred over 15 years ago. Lately, when trying to sleep and the room is quiet, I have this humming noise in my head. Is it possible this noise is coming from my ears, or something else? Thank you.

tinnitus is common in old age due to weakness of nerve of hearing, PTA is the investigation will tell you that your nerve is weak , there are many other causes but this most common
