Hello,

Maybe you are not doing the right exercises. Also, I do not know what type of damage you had in your toe/foot. Some damages are not completely healable with exercise. It may also need surgery. You should see a local orthopedist to examine you, consider doing an X-ray or MRI and then according to the result evaluate if it can be resolved with the right exercise or needs other type of treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Klarida Papaqako, General & Family Physician
