Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain swollen glands under the jaw can be most probably swollen lymph nodes and it happens commonly due to infection in head and neck region that is oropharyngeal infections..

You should consult a Physician and get evaluated and he can do a clinical evaluation and can also advise you biopsy of the lymph nodes to rule out the exact nature of the swelling and treat you accordingly..

As it is commonly secondary to infection, I would suggest you that by the time you consult a doctor you can take a 5 days course of antibiotics like Augmentin and anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen..
Do warm compresses over the lymph nodes..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
