Thanks for the query..

As per your complain a large lump and bruising while falling down during skating seems to be due to soft tissue injury leading to rupture of blood vessels causing spilled blood in tissues causing bruising and hematoma formation as well as there is inflammation and damage to muscle fibres causing pain and swelling..
There can also be hairline fracture in the hip bone and it can be evaluated by taking x-rays..
As of now you can take higher painkiller like Tramadol, take muscle relaxant like Chlorzoxasone, apply numbing gel over the area and do cool compresses..
In case of severe pain you can take diclofenac injection..
