Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Tenderness In Left Foot.

For the past few weeks I have noticed my left foot is swollen and a little tender to walk .I have not had any injury and can t explain why this is happening. I have put crystals in a sock and strapped to my foot when going to bed and in the morning the crystals are rock hard. Still the swelling and tenderness is still there.

In my opinion this is sprain type of pain. you shoud immobilise the joints and foot with creep bandage.
for pain relief , use diclofenac spray or
oral medication tab ibuprofen 400 mg two times a day till inflamation subsides
