My toenail hasnt grown and the toe nail bed is swollen and red. Not that much pus has came out just very little. It has gotten a little better since I started soaking it in warm water and epson salt 3 times daily. If I continue this would it get better on its own?

hi there.
1. your concern may be paronychia by your description.
2. its a bacterial infection of nail bed.
3. don't pick it up for preventing secondary infection.
4. you require oral full course of antibiotics for controlling the pus.
this is not serious but don't neglect, consult a dermatologist near by you for starting oral antibiotics.
this will help you don't worry, until then start using tbact ointment on the affected nail.
