Hi, my sisters and I went river rafting on our vacation we were on the river for 5 hours and we forgot sunscreen well my legs and part of my feet got badly burnt this was 4 days ago and my legs still hurt bad and they look a reddish purplish and my legs and feet are swollen I ve been using aloe spray for sunburn s and it still hasn t helped what should I do and should I call my Dr

Hi
Apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily.
