Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
If there is vomiting, abdominal cramps with diarrhoea then there will be chances of
electrolyte imbalance in the blood with gastric upset.
You should be immediately monitored for vitals signs like pulse, blood pressure etc.
You can take plenty of water with lemon juice (added salt),coconut water or WHO oral rehydration solution.
It could be because of acute
gastroenteritis or colitis or food poisoning.
The important thing is to combat vomiting and diarrhoea and for which you would require antiemetic drugs(mostly injectables or oral) with antibiotics (
norfloxacin with antiprotozoals like
ornidazole preferred) with other water and electrolyte fluids,
prebiotics and probiotics.
So,it would be advisable that if you consult physician for all routine blood investigation and proper treatment.
Home treatment might help but you actually requires complete course of treatment as I explained.
Thanks and Regards,
