Suggest Remedy For Stabbing Pain In Head

I thought that i was getting a sty in my left eye, however now it is just a great deal of pressure in the corner. I also have a slight ear ache in my left ear and a stabbing pain in the back of my head but on the left side also? Do i have a sinus infection? The stabbing pain is becoming annoying.
