Dr said ineed diskectomy stabilization c4-5. The findigs are: mild broad based disc osteophytosis c5-6 with mild effacement. Mild degenerative change at c6-7 disc with mild annular bulge and moderate central stenosis but no cord compression.

I do not think that you need a surgery just on the basis of this report. You have not mentioned how much pain you are having. I also want to know what treatment you have tried till now. I would recommend you following treatment.
1.Intermittent cervical traction exercise.
2. soft cervical collar
3. Avoid using very high pillow.
4.Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal daily
I believe that this treatment is successful then you will not need any treatment. if there is any decrease in muscle power or increase in symptoms then you can think of surgery. It is a surgery which has many complication so should be opted as last option.
