Suggest Remedy For Spasms On Back With Pain In Leg

Ihave spasm in my back. I also have pain going down my left leg, continuous numbness in yhe bakl of my left foot. I notice when I get spasms that it s after getting up and down sometime. But. I also have pain going down the back of my leg, tingling also.

Looking at your symptoms it could be a case of sciatica
get an MRI done for vertebral column there might be any compression over the spinal cord

meanwhile use hard bed to sleep
you can do some stretching exercises
