Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Thigh And Hip Area

I was sleeping on the couch on my left side...wallet was most likely under hip/thigh area...the area is extremely soar now. I can move the leg forward and backward without any pain. I can also stand on it without pain...but twisting or side to side is extremely painful? ?

If your symptoms are due to abnormal sleep posture, as you say. That's only requires local diclofenac ointment application. If symptoms persist more than a week need evaluation.
